Helen delivered a short, high-impact sales training session for our UK team and it truly exceeded expectations. She was engaging, dynamic, and quickly demonstrated a deep understanding of both the challenges our sales team faces and what motivates them.

What stood out was how relevant and tailored her approach was. Helen brought real-world experience into the room, connected with the team immediately, and created a space where they felt both supported and energised.

The feedback from the team was fantastic—every single person left the session feeling inspired, understood, and ready to take action. Helen has a unique ability to communicate clearly, consult with purpose, and coach with empathy. Her session made a lasting impact, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.

My first experience with Insights Discovery was at our annual Plant Performance Workshop, and it was genuinely transformational. Helen delivered the session with infectious energy, passion, and clarity, this wasn’t just another training. It was a powerful, eye-opening experience that immediately resonated and remains one of the most valuable sessions I’ve attended in my career to date.

Since then, Insights Discovery has become embedded in the way our team communicates, collaborates, and performs. We regularly use our profiles to guide conversations, shape development, and bring out the best in one another, its impact hasn’t stopped there.

Helen’s influence continues to ripple through our culture. The shared language and Insights Discovery, she introduced have become part of who we are. I’m proud to champion her work, her impact is as profound as it is lasting.
